Yes! We ship worldwide, please allow additional shipping days for international orders due to distance and customs. Please note we are not responsible for any custom or import taxes that may incur.

Our walk gear is made with a durable PVC webbing. By touch, the material feels like a firm smooth silicone. Soft enough to handle but firm enough to weather tough conditions!

We always recommend utilizing our Size Guide and measuring your floof to ensure the perfect fit!

If your product gets dirty, rinse with water in the sink or use a wet wipe!

Usually the pressure of sink water is enough but if your floof likes to get extra dirty, use mild soap and fingers to rub off any excess dirt!

Hang to dry! Dry time should only take a few minutes. If climate is cold, please hang indoors

**If you live in a hot climate area, please do not leave walk gear outside for longer than 10 hours in the sun as the sun may cause color to fade quicker**

We highly recommend measuring your pet and utilizing our Size Guide before purchasing to ensure the best fit! If you're still unsure - feel free to reach out to us!

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns

However, on the rare occasion that you receive an item that is damaged, please reach out to us via Contact Us or Instagram (@happyfloofshop)

Exchange is free for your first order! We want to make sure you get the sizing right on your first purchase and eliminate sizing issues in the future

Email us exchanges@happyfloofshop.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery.

All return items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.

Once we receive your exchange items, we will initiate a store credit so you can purchase the new size

Exchanges are free on your first order!
